How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


What condition must items be in to be returned?

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.


How do I start a return?

To request a return, please email us at marchmerchants@gmail.com before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label at our discretion.


Are sale items returnable?

No. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.


Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.


What happens after I send my return?

Once your return is received, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.


When will I receive my refund?

After the refund is issued, it may take 3–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at marchmerchants@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
