Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International shipping times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days or longer. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, if your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us at marchmerchants@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

March Merchants is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.
